Natural numbers or counting numbers |
The Collection of number like 1,2,3,4,5, .............and so on up to infinity are called natural numbers or counting numbers. The natural number is denoted by "N".

Integer numbers |
When mirror image of natural numbers are added in the collection of whole numbers we get integer numbers. The collection of integer numbers are .......... ,-5, -4, -3, -2, -1, 0,1,2,3,4,5,............... and so on up to infinity. Integer number is denoted by ''Z''.

Steps:
1. Draw a number line and mark a point O representing zero on it.
2. Take OX is equal to 1 .
3. Draw perpendicular line XY=1 on OX.
4. Draw OY and make a right triangle OXY such that OX=XY=1.
